At the executive leadership level, this is not effective since leadership skills are interrelated and interdependent – this is especially true when dealing with leadership teams, since team effectiveness is the result of the combined skill level of each member. RRC's ability to work with them all at the same time is paramount to getting optimal results. (In other words, hiring a strategic planning consultant or a communications consultant or a consultant who can build collaboration is much slower and more expensive than using someone who can do it all, and who knows where to focus in any moment to get optimal results.)
